Welcome to my Cooking at Home blog. Let me start off by saying that whether you're just a beginner or already comfortable with cooking, my hope is to make things a little bit easier for you in your kitchen. I love this idea Alex. What do you think about pre-chopping and freezing certain ingredients in bulk to add to recipes? Right now I do that with diced onion, which I later add to soups, beef patties, rice, and for flavouring meats....

Lo mas inportante para guardar camarones frescos es la temperatura. Todo producto fresco del mar debe de ser guardado en una temperatura entre -1C y 1C (30F y 34F). Lo ideal para guardarlos in la refrigeradora seria primero limpiar los camarones y despues guardalos entre hielo.

The most important concern when storing fresh seafood is the temperature. The ideal temperature is between -1C & 1C (30F & 34F). So the best way to store fresh shrimp in the fridge would be to first clean (peeled & deveined) then store them on a bed of ice.
